This policy explains what information Swift Invoice collects, why we use it, when it may be shared, and how you can access or delete it.
This Privacy Policy applies to Swift Invoice, including the Android application published on Google Play under the package name com.hatch.swiftinvoice, the Swift Invoice application for iOS, the Swift Invoice website, and related online services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Service”).
The developer name displayed on Google Play is Linjun Hu. The organization responsible for providing and operating the Service is Shanghai Yuyan Network Technology Co., Ltd. (上海雨燕网络科技有限公司). In this policy, “Swift Invoice,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shanghai Yuyan Network Technology Co., Ltd., together with Linjun Hu in the capacity as the developer of Swift Invoice.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you use Swift Invoice to store information about your own customers, employees, or other people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that information and for giving those people any notices required by applicable law.
We collect information in four ways: directly from you when you enter it; from content or a contact you deliberately select through an operating-system picker; automatically from the app, device, and integrated service providers when you use the Service; and from Apple or Google when you use their sign-in or store services. The categories are described below.
Your email address, password or third-party sign-in credential, account identifier, and profile information made available if you choose a third-party sign-in option offered in your version of the app. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
Business details; invoices; estimates; purchase orders; credit memos; expenses; time records; items; taxes; payment records; notes; client names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers; and other information you enter into the Service.
Company logos, signatures, receipts, photos, documents, and other attachments that you choose to add to records or share through the Service.
When you choose “Add From Contact,” Swift Invoice reads information from the contact you select, such as name, phone number, email address, and postal address, so that you can create a client record. The app does not use your contacts for advertising.
Product identifier, purchase or subscription status, transaction identifier, purchase token or receipt, and related validation information. Apple App Store and Google Play process payments; Swift Invoice does not receive your full payment-card number from those stores.
Device and operating-system information, app version, language, app or installation identifiers, IP address, network and synchronization logs, feature interactions, crash reports, and performance diagnostics. On iOS, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may process analytics and crash data.
Information in support requests, feedback, and other messages you send to us, including your account email and any attachments you choose to include.
We use information for the following purposes:
Swift Invoice requests a device permission only when it is needed for a feature you choose to use:
You can change permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
If you choose “Sign in with Google,” Swift Invoice receives a Google ID token and the basic account information authorized through Google Sign-In. This may include your unique Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile image, depending on the information in your Google account and the permissions you grant.
We use this Google user data only to authenticate you, create or link your Swift Invoice account, maintain account security, and provide account-related support. Swift Invoice does not use Google Sign-In to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or your Google Contacts.
We store the information needed to associate your Google identity with your Swift Invoice account. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or share it except with service providers acting on our behalf, when required for security or legal reasons, or when you direct us to do so.
You may review or remove Swift Invoice's access from your Google Account connections. Removing the connection stops future Google Sign-In access but does not by itself delete your Swift Invoice account or data. See Retention and deletion for deletion options.
On iOS and iPadOS, Apple processes App Store purchases using your Apple Account and payment method. Swift Invoice receives only the information needed to provide and validate your purchase, such as the product identifier, transaction or original transaction identifier, receipt or signed transaction information, subscription status, expiration date, and revocation status. We do not receive your full payment-card number or Apple Account password.
If “Sign in with Apple” is offered in your version of Swift Invoice and you choose to use it, Apple provides an app-specific user identifier and may provide your name and email address, or an Apple private relay email address, according to your selection. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or link your Swift Invoice account, maintain account security, and provide account-related support.
You may manage apps using Sign in with Apple from your Apple Account settings. Stopping use of Sign in with Apple does not by itself delete your Swift Invoice account or data. Use the account deletion options described in Retention and deletion if you also want the Swift Invoice account and associated cloud data deleted.
We retain account information and cloud-synchronized content while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. Diagnostic and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for reliability, security, support, and legal purposes.
Open Swift Invoice, go to Settings, select Delete Account, and follow the instructions.
Email goodinvoicego@gmail.com with the subject “Swift Invoice Account Deletion” and include the email address associated with your account.
We may verify that you control the account before completing a deletion request. After verification, we permanently delete the account record and associated personal information and user content from our active systems without undue delay; we do not merely deactivate the account. This includes cloud-synchronized invoices, clients, attachments, and other account content, except information that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or similar obligations. Data in encrypted backups is removed through the normal backup-rotation process and is not used for ordinary business purposes while awaiting deletion. Copies you previously exported or shared are controlled by their recipients. You can remove local app data remaining on your device by deleting the app after account deletion.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include encrypted network transmission, access controls, and account-authentication safeguards. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Swift Invoice and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and require service providers to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law.
Swift Invoice is a business-productivity service and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law to consent to the processing of personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by disabling the relevant device permission, disconnecting the applicable sign-in provider, or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before the withdrawal, and it may prevent the related feature from working.
The Service uses providers such as Amazon Web Services, Apple, Google, and Firebase for functions described in this policy. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy terms:
Links, websites, and apps operated by other parties are outside our control. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
We may update this policy when the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
